After filling out our inquiry form, we will schedule a call to discuss your project scope, goals, and vision. This allows us to understand exactly what you need before the in-home consultation, ensuring we arrive fully prepared to dive into the details.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
The creative foundation of your project starts here. In this phase, we develop initial design concepts—layouts, mood boards, and material inspirations—to ensure we’re aligned before moving forward. A conceptual design meeting allows for collaboration and approval before transitioning into the full design phase.
CONSULTATION
This in-home meeting is where we begin shaping your project. We’ll walk through your space, discuss your style and functional needs, and provide immediate recommendations. More importantly, we gather all the necessary information to craft a tailored proposal that aligns with your vision.
FINAL DESIGN
With a clear vision in place, we finalize every detail—from materials and finishes to furnishings and fixtures. Once approved, we prepare all necessary documents for contractors, ensuring a seamless transition from design to execution.
PROPOSAL
Following the consultation, we create a custom proposal outlining the project scope, estimated design hours, and overall process. Once the proposal is approved and the contract is signed, the real work begins.
IMPLEMENTATION
This is where your space truly comes to life. We work closely with contractors and trades to ensure every design detail is executed to perfection. From procurement to installation and styling, we manage the process so you can step into a beautifully finished home.
